 Debra Knight LL.B (Hons) – CEO

Debra has been NRP’s project and event manager, digital artist and graphic designer, since the company began. She has worked in the arts industry for 20 years, being a dancer, writer, and spoken word artist and in this role has gained experience in procurement; project management; financial controls and reporting; bid writing and fund raising.  Debra has collaborated on a number of community based projects, coupled with her legal background, has given her a deep understanding  of the legal and business environment.  Debra is dynamic and multi talented and has a key role in all areas and projects of the NRP Organisation.

Gordon Davis – MD

Gordon is a Gaming Supervisor in a Casino and has worked in the service industry for 19 years. Much of this job role has secured him with a variety of transferable skills that are used within our organisation; i.e., Customer services, dealing with complaints from staff and customers, managing staff and work force, handling large sums of money, money laundering training, fire/health & safety training, building management, annual staff appraisals. He has also been involved in the music industry for more than 20 years as a DJ, and more recently training in Sound Consultancy/Engineering, and has many transferable skills that young people can benefit from.

Imelda Knight CQSW, BSc (Hons) – Company Secretary

Imelda; an accredited practice teacher, former probation officer and is qualified in psychological practices. She is a mentor, clinical supervisor and counsellor, she volunteers as a counsellor for the road victim’s trust and the AVS project is based on this model. Imelda coordinates the AVS Project and works in schools and community centres with young people as part of the Diverse Britain project. Imelda provides strong Outreach support and is responsible for securing sponsorships and donations. Her role as Mayoress of Luton enabled her to form bonds and links with key individuals, many of which are now our patrons or providing consultancy support for Nine Red.

Elisabeth Croal BSc (Hons) – Director

Elisabeth is the newest member of the board. She is a qualified psychological wellbeing practitioner and works within the Hertfordshire IAPT team using CBT based intervention's to guide people in overcoming mild to moderate anxiety and depression. Lilly volunteers her time across all NRP’s community projects and fundraising events. Elisabeth’s 3 year old son has also been involved in Nine Red’s events since his birth, he has commonly attended meetings and is well known by all our clients, beneficiaries and customers, he is affectionately referred to as Baby MD.
